John F Kennedy

On November 22, 1963 John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated on Elm Street in downtown Dallas. Pictured above is the monument explaining the shooting, the exact spot where JFK was shot and the building from where the alleged shots came from.

When I first saw that Dallas had joined us I wanted to send you a message to request a photo of Dealey Plaza, but I never got around to it. Guess I don't have to now...

I don't know why, but ever since I was a little boy I have always been fascinated by JFK and his assassination. I wrote several reports on it when I was in school, and was even accused of cheating once, because there was no way a 15 year old Norweigan boy could write such a great English report on JFK. That really showed me what a person can accomplish if you just have the motivation and the interest.

Still, after 15 years of watching hours and hours of video and reading thousands of pages on the subject, I am still as baffled by it as I was when I first learned about it, and still find it shocking and appalling that the truth has never been unravelled.

Thank you for this great photo.
