This is part of a water treatment plant. I thought it was very interesting the way that they made these tiles look like an actual hill.

Go to Highland Park near the waterfall where the wooden bridge crosses the lake and it's on the other side. There are some funky things around there!!!
Looks a bit like a Gaudi creation.
