Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak?
Located in Roanoke, TX you will find this small restaurant named Babe's! What makes this place different is that you will only find 2 choices for meals. You can either have the Fried Chicken or the Chicken Fried Steak platter. That is it!!!!! I will tell you that they are good at what they do and you will find either dish the best that you will ever have.

That is awesome! I think specialization makes for better food. Like In N Out here. They only have so many thing on their menu, but boy are they good!
why the name? usually small restaurants have the best tasting food :)
i've eaten there before and agree...the best you've ever had!
