This statue sits above the Dallas Power and Light building in downtown. This building has been transformed into ultra chic downtown apartments and now has a Tex-Asian restaurant named Fuse located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
There is a plaque on the building explaining who the statues are. I think Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell are among the four, IIRC, statues on the building. Mark Twain could be one, but I just don't recall.

Your reference to Tex-Asian may take some explaining. Do they serve T-bone steaks with Asian seasoning?
